Child support Indiana I'm from Indiana and recently went for a child support deduction. They based my income on my 2008 tax returns, but used my wifes current check stubs, because she would not provide her 2008 tax returns. Is this legal? |

Yes it is her check stubs are going to give them the same info as her tax return with the exception that it is broken down. the only time i think that this would be questionable is if check stubs fluctuate, are different every week and then she could use the power ones which wouldn't be fair to you.
