It is really not him using gettting social security as a loop whole,it is just that the CSS,not only knows how hard it is to collect,but chances are he is also on SSI,which is just a form of welfare. If he owes you back error's in the amount of $100,000, or more how do you think he will ever be able to repay that money,and if he could not pay prior to his getting social security,he sure will not pay now. He still may owe the money,but there is no way he will ever be able to pay that money off,unless he wins the lotto. Even if you had a way that you could try to collect,he would just fle a motion under hardship asking the court to stop any future payments. Something should of been done about this long before he became that far back in erro's.
