Can my employer pay out more money than specified to my child support without my previous consent

My employer paid out double or triple my child support without previously asking me and now they want me to monitor my pay check to make sure that they do their job

Thier only suppose to hold out 25 percent any more if you are behind then thier tak money for that but they should send you a letter as to why their doing this not just take it out with out you knowing it si i would check on it find out specifically what its for
