Can child support enforcement raise my child support without notification? Can they start taking money from my second job without notification or without court orders? |

If you are ordered by the court to pay child support then it is your responsibility to let them know about all sources of income including a second job. They can and will get the money you owe from any job you work. They do not need to give you notice as you were court ordered. The court order is your notice.

Yes if you owe any back child support erarages then they can garnish all wages from any place you work, they can also review a child support order if they find that the noncustodial parent is making more money than at the time of the orignal child support order. Child support is usally revieved every two years.
