CA Child Support Law

Hello,
1.) I am employed and make more money than my fiancé whom pays child support. His ex, whom is unemployed, has threaten to refill once we are married. Will the courts include my income in her child support; I have children of my own?

2.) We now have the children 50% of the time and provide full medical coverage. Again, she is unemployed, lives in a low income community, receives food stamps and has no medical reason for not working. Their children are in school full time and also receive FREE after school care until 6pm. Can we request for support to be removed or reduced once she refills?

Yes it should be reduced the mother of the child once you are married should only be the one who is paying child support also thou some laws are that the household finances are figured into the child support not saying your state is it should be the persons duty to pay the child support not yours
