We have just got custoday of my daugther and the mother who i will be filing for childsupport says she is moving to florida from ky to get out of paying child support. she says florida is the only state that doesnt enforce paying owed childsupport. is this true and how can i still recive the childsupport...
My ex has owed me childsupport for almost two years. the child support enforcment office tells me that he will be losing his licence soon. then he will send in $20 and it gets him off the hook for a while. i just don't get how it can be okay for him to continue doing this.
